character designs based from weather, having characters such as gods based around that weather. a wind goddess with wings to link to things such as birds which depend on wind, a sun goddess with sun tattoos and a sun halo, a rain goddess with a cloud and water jewellery halo with a gloomy personality.

my second drawing is in process of colouring currently but it focuses more on relationships. it depicts a rain queen with her sun knight. built around the idea of opposites attract and and instance of women loving women. I may work on a story between the queen and her knight with the mix of weather themes meshed in.

for my final piece, i looked back on all my work from above and decided to take two of the characters I had created, from there I picked outfits and colour schemes to fit the elves. I made weather a predominant part of the art (ie. the raindrop residue and the black skies. while it was hard to get my idea of representation across for a final piece such as this I did tried to embed the idea of first meetings, something personal, new marks and a new relationship. with the colour schemes the rain elves fits the blue hues typically shown when on about water, but for my wind elf I included leaf colours as leaves are more likely to be associated with how the wind carries them; adding greens, oranges and reds for the leaves throughout the seasons.
